Este enorme complejo, que ocupa m\u00e1s de 20 hect\u00e1reas, ofrece 60.000 m\u00b2 de espacio de exposici\u00f3n cubierto repartido en 10 pabellones modulares, as\u00ed como 7.000 m\u00b2 de espacio de exposici\u00f3n al aire libre.<\/p><p>El recinto ferial de Montpellier es uno de los recintos m\u00e1s modernos de su g\u00e9nero y acoge a lo largo del a\u00f1o numerosas ferias, conciertos, concursos, espect\u00e1culos y otros eventos deportivos o profesionales. El Sud de France Arena, por ejemplo, inaugurado en septiembre de 2010, es equivalente al Zenith y puede albergar desde 7.500 hasta m\u00e1s de 13.000 personas.<\/p><p>Sus principales ferias son la ineludible feria de Montpellier, las ferias SITEVI y VINISUD, la feria de la agricultura y la feria de la tercera edad. Inmobiliaria, vino, arte o incluso feria: con sus variados eventos, el centro de exposiciones satisface todos los gustos. El parque se encuentra a unos 20 minutos de nuestro hotel, cerca del aeropuerto de Montpellier-M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e y cuenta con un
